We engaged Mayfair Projects to construct a lounge, study and en-suite bathroom addition to our home. We are very happy with the final product along with the professional approach and coordination skills of Mayfair’s Director Phil Singlewood. Phil brought his wealth of broad and practical building skills to this project. Another key element for us was the dedicated team of highly experienced and skilled tradespeople Phil employs. They provided us with much comfort and confidence throughout the build. We will now enjoy our retirement years in this lovely addition. We are looking to engage Phil regarding further renovations.

While still living and working in Darwin we had Mayfair Projects renovate our home in Adelaide prior to our retirement. Being so far from the project we had to have complete faith in Phil, we had nothing to fear. Phil kept us up to date with detailed progress reports and photos. The whole project was extensive, from replacing the roof, digging up and complete rebuild of the bathroom and toilet, replacing windows in the bedrooms with large exterior sliding doors, new wardrobes, a new floating floor throughout, new air conditioner to a complete paint out. When we viewed the completed project we were very pleased and now live our retirement in a very comfortable and maintenance free renovated home. Our neighbors (who were not known to us at the time) now comment on how friendly and professional Phil and his team were. Thank you Phil.

Three years ago, we bought a little house on a hill overlooking the Kersbrook valley, original 70’s condition, and really not very flattering to the amazing views we have from here. That has all changed with a renovation that we feel we can be proud off, and those views are now part of every moment we are in our home. This has only been possible with the help of Mayfair Projects and its proprietor, Phil. He took great care of the project, keeping us fully informed of progress, and what was to happen over the following week or three. It was great that we were able to be camped on site and witness the progress from week to week, and if there was a problem, Phil would keep us informed of what the problem was and what the options were for dealing with it. If it required input from us, Phil was very good at providing alternatives, and was very cluey in suggesting the most practical options and we found Phil’s guidance to be ‘right on the money’ at all times. Phil has a great team of tradies who all spoke very highly of him, and were willing to go the extra mile to work for Phil. To us this spoke volumes. On our open day for all our friends, there were many positive comments about the views, the home, and the quality of workmanship. Thank you Phil, for looking after us through this journey of having our house gutted, and turned into a beautiful home, we will treasure this little gem for many years to come.
