We engaged Mayfair Projects to construct a lounge, study and en-suite bathroom addition to our home. We are very happy with the final product along with the professional approach and coordination skills of Mayfair’s Director Phil Singlewood. Phil brought his wealth of broad and practical building skills to this project. Another key element for us was the dedicated team of highly experienced and skilled tradespeople Phil employs. They provided us with much comfort and confidence throughout the build. We will now enjoy our retirement years in this lovely addition. We are looking to engage Phil regarding further renovations.

While still living and working in Darwin we had Mayfair Projects renovate our home in Adelaide prior to our retirement. Being so far from the project we had to have complete faith in Phil, we had nothing to fear. Phil kept us up to date with detailed progress reports and photos. The whole project was extensive, from replacing the roof, digging up and complete rebuild of the bathroom and toilet, replacing windows in the bedrooms with large exterior sliding doors, new wardrobes, a new floating floor throughout, new air conditioner to a complete paint out. When we viewed the completed project we were very pleased and now live our retirement in a very comfortable and maintenance free renovated home. Our neighbors (who were not known to us at the time) now comment on how friendly and professional Phil and his team were. Thank you Phil.

Three years ago, we bought a little house on a hill overlooking Kersbrook Valley. It was in its original ’70s condition, not doing justice to the stunning views. That all changed with a renovation we’re incredibly proud of—bringing the outdoors in and transforming our home. This was only possible thanks to Mayfair Projects and Phil. He managed everything with care, kept us informed, and always provided practical solutions when challenges arose. His team of skilled tradies spoke highly of him, and their work reflected it. On our open day, friends raved about the views, the home, and the craftsmanship. Thank you, Phil, for guiding us through this journey and turning our house into a home we’ll treasure for years.
